Want to do something different this weekend? Do you have a special occasion to celebrate?

Why not organise a group of friends or colleagues for a Greenfields Murder and Mystery weekend. We are able to accommodate up to 8 couples in luxury.

There has been a terrible accident on the Strutbury Family Estate. Lord Strutbury has been found, dead, on the patio, beneath his open bedroom window.  A tragic accident, or could it have been MURDER. At stake is the vast Strutbury fortune, and the title. Some family members stand to gain. Rumours are rife. All is not quite what it seems with the dysfunctional Strutbury family. A dinner is arranged, by the loyal butler, to discuss the terrible events.

This is the scene for the Evening.

What is the format?

We can cater for up to 16 guests. The ideal make up is couples. One person of the group is designated as the organiser and is sent an Invitation Pack. This pack comprises the requisite number of Invitations. Each invitation is personalised to a character. For example one may be for Lady Strutbury, another may be the Gardener. The invitation contains some background information about the character to be assumed with suggestions on appearance etc. The organiser is tasked with distributing these invitations to the members of the Party, though we can assist with this if required.

On arrival at Greenfields guests are shown to their rooms where they can relax after their journey. At the appointed time, usually 20:30, the guests are asked to join the butler in the Main Lounge for aperitifs and nibbles. Cards are circulated to each guest giving added background to their assumed character. Guests are of course free to assume their characters whenever they wish.

With the sound of a gong the call is; "m'lady, dinner is served". Guests now take their seats in the main Dining Room, around the table. Each guest will find a further cards, at their place setting,  with prompts and suggested conversation options. These also help the individual get into character, prior to being served the first course of the meal, the Starter.

So the evening begins to unfold..........
