preference towards healthy eating. To this end we use Extra Virgin Cold
Pressed Olive oil in cooking and frying wherever possible, and
on the few occasions where it
isn't suitable we use pure vegetable oil. |

 | Starter: Large field mushroom, filled with
garlic butter and herbs, sliced beefsteak tomatoes and topped with
parmesan cheese and lightly sautéed. Served with basil and rocket
trim, with sweet chilli marmalade. |
 | Main Course: Tender local chicken fillets,
sautéed in a light pesto and pine nut sauce, on a bed of rigatoni
pasta. Served with tossed green salad and toasted garlic bread
rolls. |
 | Dessert: Home made Honey Ice Cream with Irish
Strawberries. |
