eating. To this end we use Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil in
cooking and frying wherever possible, and on
the few occasions where it isn't suitable we
use pure vegetable oil. |

Marmalade (coarse and fine cut), Home made Gooseberry conserve,

A Sample Evening Meal Menu (please enquire on

Starter:
Large field mushroom, filled with garlic butter and herbs, sliced
beefsteak tomatoes and topped with parmesan cheese and lightly
sautéed. Served with basil and rocket trim, with sweet chilli marmalade. |

Main Course:
Tender local chicken fillets, sautéed in a light pesto and pine
nut sauce, on a bed of rigatoni pasta. Served with tossed green salad
and toasted garlic bread rolls. |

Dessert:
Home made Honey Ice Cream with Irish Strawberries. |
