Although not overtly, health food addicts, we have a preference towards healthy eating. To this end we use Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil in cooking wherever possible, and where it isn't suitable we use pure Sunflower or Rapeseed oil. All vegetables used are natural and fresh grown locally. See our sample menus. Vegetarian preferences are always available.

Davids day job is an Information Technology Consultant specialising in Web site architecture and design. As such he has been involved with a number of successful corporate and subscription web-sites, as architect and developer. He maintains an active interest in all aspects of computing. Greenfields has a guest lounge that is fitted with computer work-stations that have Internet access. David can assist any guest who requires internet access during their stay. We also have an internal wireless network for guests bringing their own laptop computers. Residential computer training courses are also available.
